Welcome to jaskirat.se! These terms explain the rules for using the site. By creating an account you agree to them, together with our privacy policy.

1. The service

jaskirat.se is a free learning site for children with lessons, games, printable worksheets, colouring pages, a drawing studio and information about festivals and science. You can use most of it without an account. A free parent account lets you add children and save their progress.

2. Accounts

• Only a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old may create an account.
• Children use the site through a parent's account and under a grown-up's supervision. Children do not get their own login.
• Give correct information, keep your password secret and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• You are responsible for the kids' profiles you create. Use a first name or nickname only.

3. Fair use

Please do not misuse the service, for example by trying to break its security, overloading it with automated requests, copying large parts of it, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Our content and what you may do with it

• All texts, lessons, drawings, colouring pages and designs on the site are made by us and protected by copyright.
• You may print and copy worksheets and colouring pages for personal, family and classroom use, free of charge.
• You may not sell them, publish them on other websites or use them in products without our written permission.
• Drawings your children make are theirs.

5. Share links

If you switch on a share link for a child, anyone who has the link can see that child's first name, stars and badges. Only share it with people you trust. You can switch it off at any time.

6. Free service, changes and availability

The service is free. We work hard to keep it running, correct and safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove features. Learning content is meant to support, not replace, school and parents.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by using the site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Swedish or EU law. Science experiments and crafts should always be done with a grown-up, following the safety notes.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time on your account page. All your data is then deleted, as described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in an important way, we will tell you on the site and by email and ask you to accept the new version before you continue using your account.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If we cannot solve a problem together, consumers in Sweden can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), or a Swedish court.
